The club has a weekly schedule of sessions for the Junior members of the club. The relevant sessions are discussed with the coaches to make sure the content is appropriate for the individual athlete and their athletic development.

Wednesday   6.00-8.00am Swim session

                  6.00-7.15pm Run session

Friday         6.45-8.00am Swim session
