Our own Team Bodyworks XTC super vet Nigel Gates appears in both sets of the 1984 results topping the 5 mile race and a 13th 49.24 in the 10mile Road race

I am often asked or probed on who is your Best athlete which often by association in many peoples minds make them also you favourite athlete.
