Nothing like a working turbo session to warm up a winters evening. No chance of being dropped and every opportunity to put some valuable quality bike time in. Age range on this session 10 to 50 years, ability level beginner to Olympic hopefuls. Distance spread from Sprint distance to Ironman.

Winter progress

With the end of February comes the begining of March (incase you hadnt noticed) and the season comes into sight over the horizon. Its a good time to be able to take stock and look at how you are progressing both physically and mentally. Progressing being the operative word. For some already they will be showing great fitness and ready to race which can be concerning as the season is still as long away now as the New year is behind us, and thats for those starting early.
