Removal during the set as they are the difference between making the times and oblivion 4. Removal in the final 20secs before starting set so no one else may clock on or have opportunity to a... For a first in the series of a look at addictions and vices the focus is on Facebook. The fountain of all knowledge suggests (thats wikipedia).... "Facebook has met with some controversy over the past few years. It has been blocked intermittently in several countries including Syria and Iran. When you're chewing on life's gristle, don't grumble; give a whistle, and this'll help things turn out for the best. And... always look on the bright side of life...

As usual Ironman through up some interesting results. On the female side a strong favourite in Chrissie Wellington confirming the expected with a win. But it shouldnt take away from the fact that you still have to go out and deliver however strong a favourite you are and deal with whatever is thrown at you. On the Mens race a new winner interestingly still sitting on a 2.45 Marathon. Next year we will be looking at 20 years since Mark Allen and Dave Scott ran 2.40 on Hawaii on arguably a to...
