Team Bodyworks xtc adult crew do keep us posted on your results so that we can share them with everyone and acknowledge your achievements. It is impossible to keep tabs on everyone.
Adult weekly sessions
We are now offering a more comprehensive weekly programme of sessions for adults that now include both coached and uncoached opportunities:
Tuesday 6.00-7.00pm Run session (Uncoached @ present) Venue. University Sports Centre
7.00-8.15pm Turbo session (Coached) or 7.00-8.00pm Swim session (Coached) Venue. University Sports Centre
Wednesday NEW 8.30-9.30pm Swim session (Coached). University Sports Centre
Thursday Run session from 6pm leaving the University of Brighton Sports Centre (Coached session)followed by a chance to socialise at the Bibendum at the top end of Grove Road after. . Feel free to just meet at the pub if you so wish to socialise from 7.30pm.

ADULT TRIATHLON ACADEMY
2010/2011 Dates
In response to the unprecedented number of enquiries we have recently received for training opportunities and information, I am delighted to announce that Bodyworks XTC will be holding a series of 'Adult Triathlon Academy' afternoons alongside offering other training opportunities on a weekly basis.
In addition to offering advice and feedback, these sessions will also be used to try and network contacts between existing and prospective new members as well as enable the Club to better understand what adult triathletes would like us to provide.
The Academy will be based at The University of Brighton Sports Centre, Denton Road, Eastbourne and will be led by the team of Team Bodyworks xtc coaches including Glenn Cook, Sarah Coope, Stuart Wilkinson and Ricky Garzia, as required.

Due to popular demand we will be running a priority booking to reserve places, first come first served, and then a waiting list when we reach are number cap.

ESCA Reliability Trial
The ESCA Reliability Trial will be held on Sunday 21st November. The ride is for all abilities over a 54mile route. The objective is to finish with the group you set off with as close to your designated group time as possible. Andy Eaton has kindly offered to coordinate the entries for the club.
